Kim & Adam

When I first met with Kim and Adam they told me their main focus was to provide guests with a relaxed “destination wedding” where everyone could spend time together and celebrate with the couple. Together, we planned a weekend that featured a welcome barbecue, lots of fishing (the groom’s favorite past time) and lawn games, and other outdoor activities. Kim and Adam were married in an orchard surrounded by spectacular views (guests were transported to and from the ceremony site in a wagon). Personal touches included an adirondack chair built by the groom’s brother, which guests signed instead of a guest book. The groom’s mother baked hundreds of cupcakes for those with a sweet tooth. And as the evening wound down, guests munched on bags of popcorn from the Pawtucket Red Sox, the bride’s employer.
